  • 2 bananas
  • 4 clementines
  • 2 oranges
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 carrots
  • half a pineapple
  • 2 golden apples

Servings: 3

Preparation time: less than 15 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Fresh mixed recipe:

The fruit is cleaned, washed well.

Cut into suitable pieces and put in a blender.

Mix for about 5 minutes.

Pour into glasses and serve fresh.
