Because I haven't eaten chicken legs for some time, I decided to prepare a recipe for grilling or grilling. Now is the barbecue season so you can prepare them when you go to the green grass but also at home on the grill. I don't recommend it in the oven because it won't be as crispy. The recipe is made very quickly, all you have to do is leave the meat to marinate for at least 3-4 hours.
- 1 kg lower legs of chicken
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons turmeric (I bought 100g, it is very useful especially for vegetables and rice)
- 1 teaspoon hot paprika (or sweet in my case Adrian can eat)
- 100ml yogurt
1. Wash the meat well and wipe it with a paper napkin then put it in a bowl.
Mix all the ingredients and pour them over the chicken. Use your hand and mix the thighs so that they are covered everywhere with sauce. Cover with foil and leave to cool for at least 3 hours.
2. Fry the legs on the grill or in my case grill.
Serve with salad, potatoes, rice.
They are crispy and tender inside.
