Spread the dough on a plate greased with oil, cut long strips with a width of 5 cm, then cut them diagonally to obtain diamonds with sides of 5 cm. Put a piece of jam or marmalade and roll. Put the wine to be heated in a kettle, and when it is hot, dissolve 50 g of yeast in it, pour it over the lard and mix well with the whisk. Add over these: 1 baking powder, 1 salt powder, a lemon & acircie, finely grated peel and juice, 2 packets of vanilla sugar, 5 tablespoons of sugar and mix well with a fork. Add the flour, sifted in advance and knead until a dough is obtained that can be molded.

150 g Butter
500 g Flour
2 pieces Eggs
150 ml Milk
80 g Sugar
7 g Dry yeast
300 g Peach jam
1 piece Egg yolk
2 tablespoons Milk


  1. In a bowl pour the warm milk, add the yeast together with 10 g of sugar, mix, cover with a towel and leave for 5-10 minutes. Then add the previously sifted flour, the cold butter cut into cubes and mix until it turns into crumbs of dough.
  2. Separately in a bowl mix the eggs with 70 g of sugar until the composition becomes fluffy. Add beaten flour and knead the dough until it becomes elastic. Cover with a towel and leave to rise for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Divide the dough into two pieces, sprinkle flour on the worktop and with a rolling pin spread the piece of dough in a circle about 0.5 cm thick. Cut it into triangles.
  4. Place a teaspoon of jam over the triangles and roll the croissants. The croissants obtained are placed in a tray with a size (30 × 40 cm) lined with baking paper, grease the croissants with a mixture of egg yolk and milk. Place the tray in the preheated oven at 180 ° C for 20 minutes or until nicely browned.

These croissants are delicious, fragrant and tender. It is an excellent snack for tea or coffee. It is prepared from unleavened dough, based on fermented cream. As a filling you can use anything you want: for example: jam, jam, berries, dried fruit, poppy seeds, sweet cottage cheese, caramelized condensed milk.

-200 g of fermented cream (with any fat content)

1.Cut the butter into pieces. Put it in a heat-resistant dish and melt it over low heat, stirring constantly. As it will only melt, take it off the heat (you don't have to heat it too much).

2. Add the fermented cream to the bowl with the melted butter. Mix very well.

3.Square the baking soda with the vinegar and immediately add it to the bowl with the other ingredients. Stir.

4. Gradually add flour, mixing well each time. When the dough thickens, start kneading it with your hands. You need to get a soft and elastic dough.

5.Cut the dough obtained into 6 equal pieces.

6. Spread each piece of dough on the table sprinkled with flour, in the form of a round cake, 1-2 mm thick.

7. Divide the cake into 8 sectors, using the pizza knife.

8.Put a teaspoon of filling at the base of each sector. Then roll it into a croissant - from the base to the top. Roll out the croissant made of sugar and place it on the tray lined with baking paper.

9. Doing the same, model all the croissants.

10.Insert the tray in the preheated oven to 180 ° C and bake the croissants for 20-25 minutes.
